Dear users, thanks for your purchasing Mele product! Mele Corporation Customer Service Department is authoritative department charge for Mele product repair service, will provide utmost help in case you need repair service.

If you need to have your Mele product serviced, what to do in a Warranty/Non-Warranty Case? you have two options. At first please contact your Mele products Dealer or Importer (the Dealer or Importer arrange all after service for those Mele products sold in the area out of main land of China). He can confirm if it is a hardware problem and try to solve your problem. If not he will help to handle the repair procedure. Or you can locate an Service Center authorized by your Importer in your area to search for help.

In case that your dealer or Service Center is not available, you can directly contact Mele Corporation Customer Service Department by e-mail: service@me1emusic.com to search for help or order parts, Mele Technical Support is available from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm (Beijing time). To make sure that the repair procedure will be processed as fast as possible, please include the following information in your e-mail:
1) Your name and address
2) Telephone or fax number or e-mail
3) Model name and best serial number
4) Name of your dealer
5) Carefully considered discription of the problem
6) Other connected devices.....
7) Please attach a copy of the invoice as a Mele product proof
Please register your product online at www.melemusic.com/EN/support/supports.asp?pid=3 to establish the date of purchase, and input the seriel number of your product, it will help us to find out that your product belong to which batch. (Not necessory for getting technic support)

Below is Mele products Consumer Limited Warranty Terms and Conditions in main land of China, if you buy Mele products in different area, it may not apply to you, please consult to your local dealer. It just give reference to you.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY APPLIES ONLY TO MELE PRODUCTS PURCHASED IN MAIN LAND OF CHINA.
Warranty Period
1) Mele products 1 year
2) AC adapters, mechanical footswitches, headset 90 days.
3) External cables, external fuses, batteries, ect None.
Mele warrants to the first consumer only of a covered product purchased from an authorized Mele dealer in main land of China that this product will be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship from the date of purchase until the above writed period of time for this product.

If you select to deliver the unit to Mele Corporation Customer Service Department to repair it, to exercise your rights under this Warranty as a purchaser, please ship this product in appropriate packaging (If available use the original packing of the device) to prevent a transport damage at your expense (insurance is recommended), together with proof of purchase (otherwise you will get a quotation if the warranty is no longer valid) to Mele Corporation Customer Service Department, or to other address may be instructed by Mele. You should contact the Customer Service Department between 9:30 a.m. through 5:30 p.m. (Beijing Time) from Monday through Friday, to obtain a Return Authorization number for the returned product. Any products shipped to Mele Corporation without a Return Authorization number shall be refused. Before delivering, if possible make a back up of your personal data.

Mele Corporation Customer Service Department will repair or replace this product at no charge to you for parts or for labor within the warranty period. This Warranty does not apply to damage to this product that occurred as a result of abuse or misuse, abnormal service or handling, battery leakage or failure, damage which may have been caused either directly or indirectly by another product, or if the product has been altered or modified in any way, or if the damage was caused by repairs or service provided or attempted by anyone other than Mele Authorized Service Center.

Note:
In no event shall Mele Corp be liable for any indirect, incidental and punitive, collateral or special damages or losses arising out of your purchase of product. For example: losss of data, music, files been stored in the product by a user.

As a consumer, you shall be entitled to any implied warranties allowed by law for the period of the Limited Warranty. This claim do not limit your other legal right.
